The interview is all about selling yourself. You have to make the interview interesting because at the end it will finally decide whether you are selected or rejected. The interviewer is similar to chess. You have to predict your opponent's response to your own move. 

Choice of words is very important during the interview, we cannot tell that we are ordinary, we have to be extraordinary there, and we have to prove to the interviewer that we really are extra-ordinary. The company needs good candidates in every aspect. Basically, they are looking for a person that is clear in these three questions during the whole interview process.

1. Can you do the job?

2. Will you do the job?

3. Will you fit into that organization?

Types of Interview-

Technical Interview- 

It is the interview to access your technical ability, problem-solving skills  and critical thinking skills. It is usually related to your technical knowledge required for the role and the organization you wish to work for. They feature questions that are specific to the role you have applied for so that the employer can confirm you have the requisite skills

Management Interview- 

This type of interview primarily focuses on your leadership skills and experience. here the questions will be asked to check if you can make the perfect decisions and whether you can answer them with confidence or not.  you will be asked to describe how you have dealt with conflict in the past.

Personal Interview-  

The personal interview (PI) round is to test your verbal communication skills, presence of mind and how do you present your views and knowledge skillfully to convince the experts who are interviewing you.  These are geared towards your personality, your work style, how you handle stress, and other questions about your character. These questions are just important as those about your skills because they help reveal your personality, as well as how well you will assimilate into company culture.

 Questions that you must prepare before the Interview

1. Tell Me About yourself.

2. What are your strengths?

3. What are your weaknesses?

4. What you do in your free time?

5. Where do you see yourself 5/15 years from Now?

6. What are your short-term/long-term goal?

7. Do you have plans for further studies? 

8. Why do you want to join our company?

9. Are you willing to relocate?

10. What if you get a higher package job, will you choose?

11. Is this your first interview?

12.   Do You have a role model?

13.  Any questions that you want to ask us?
